"Rădăcini Suspendate" este puntea pe care am construit-o între cele două lumi: este un dialog între improvizația contemporană și doina care îți rămâne între fibrele muşchilor. Nu este doar un album, este o încercare de a da o formă sonoră sentimentului de a fi'acasă' pentru mine, chiar și atunci când ești la mii de kilometri distanță. Am vrut să mă reprezint cum sunt eu astăzi, imperfect, gălăgios și poate enervant; și în același timp efervescent (imi place cuvântul ăsta), tânăr și foarte foarte sincer.Mi-a fost și îmi este în continuare teamă să-l lansez, însă cred că a venit momentul.🇺🇸I've spent the last few years exploring the complexity of modern jazz at Berklee, only to realize that my most authentic voice wasn't the one I was learning in the classroom, but the one vibrating within my memories of the melodies from home. 'Rădăcini Suspendate' (Suspended Roots) is the bridge I've built between those two worlds: a dialogue between contemporary improvisation and the doina that stays woven into the fibers of your muscles. It's not just an album; it's an attempt to give a sonic shape to the feeling of being'home' for me, even when you're thousands of miles away.I wanted to represent who I am today, imperfect, loud, perhaps even annoying, yet effervescent (I love that word), young, and very, very sincere. I was afraid, and I still am, to release it, but I believe the time has come."
